Saving energy made easier and more affordable

For heat pumps and solar panels, work with a participating contractor to have your upgrades installed and they’ll take care of the rebate paperwork. For smart thermostats, you can easily install on your own.

How to get your rebates

  1. 1. Confirm your eligibility

    See if your home qualifies for heat pump, solar panel and battery storage rebates.

  2. 2. Complete upgrades

    Choose one of the participating contractors to install your upgrades. Need financing? Check out the Canada Greener Homes Loan before beginning any work.

  3. 3. Receive your rebate

    After your contractor submits all required documentation and your application is approved, your cheque will arrive in the mail.
